With a plan on hand, I presented my recommendations to the dental clinic owner. Whilst some were implemented and some were not, at the end of the day, I felt I had managed to get a lot out of this opportunity. Not just from the technical aspect, but learning to manage client expectations at the same time. It trained my problem solving skills, and had no doubt put me in a better position to where I want to become!
